Our HSCN provider, Redcentric, will be conducting some minor firewall configuration changes at 2pm Monday 3rd November 2025.

These changes are not expected to impact Titan HSCN connectivity, however we are reporting this maintenance due to an increase in monitoring during this period.

You can continue to use Titan services as normal. In the unlikely event of any service disruption, a separate service incident will be reported.
