We want to make you aware of a scheduled infrastructure maintenance window that may temporarily affect the availability of data from Titan PMR within your third-party systems. The use of Titan itself and spine access is unaffected.
Maintenance Window: Tuesday 14th October 18:00 – 19:00
What this means for you: During this time, data from Titan PMR may not appear in your third-party system as expected. This is due to a temporary pause in API access caused by AWS-initiated maintenance.
The list of third party integrations affected are as follows:
Camascope eMAR CDSmart Clara CD MedPoint PharmAppy PharmSelf24 v2.0 (Hybrid Mode)
Please rest assured that no data will be lost. Once the maintenance is complete, your integration provider will be able to retrieve the queued data and resume normal processing.
