Titan HSCN maintenance

We’ll be performing HSCN maintenance starting this Sunday 15th March at 03:00 and completing by Sunday 18:00

During this period, HSCN connectivity will be intermittent and for EPS customers, nominated prescription download requests will be disabled between the hours of 03:00 - 10:00 and 15:00 - 18:00.

Titan will remain fully functional but HSCN traffic will be offline until 10am, and then online for the majority of the remainder of the maintenance window until 6pm when full functionality will be restored.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause whilst we perform this essential maintenance.
