We have been made aware by the NHS that they are experiencing an issue affecting the RTEC service, meaning real-time exemption checks are unavailable at present for all system suppliers including Titan.

Their technical teams are investigating and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We will provide further updates when we receive them from the NHS.
