HSCN maintenance

Our primary HSCN firewalls will be undergoing some maintenance on Wednesday 7th October 22:30 for 1hour.

During this window, Titan will remain fully operational for day-to-day use. HSCN traffic (the connection between Titan and NHS services) is expected to briefly go offline for a few minutes, once at the start of the window and once approximately 30minutes later, as our systems failover.

As a precaution, EPS nominated download requests will be temporarily disabled for the duration of the window to avoid partial or failed transactions during any period of reduced connectivity. This function will be re-enabled at the end of the maintenance window and normal EPS activity can resume from that time.
