We have had notification from the NHS that this maintenance has been postponed and will no longer go ahead today.

The NHS are carrying out an upgrade to the Spine Directory Service (SDS) on Saturday 22 March 2025 between 09:00 and 16:00.

The Care Identity Management (CIM) and self-service smartcard unlock applications will be unavailable throughout the upgrade period.

Authentication and connections to the SDS will be unaffected, and they are confident there will be no direct impact to customers other than the CIM and self-service smartcard unlock unavailability mentioned above.

The Titan team will be introducing enhanced monitoring during this NHS maintenance window however we do not anticipate any problems.
