We are carrying out planned maintenance to retire an older internet firewall. After this update, Titan webhook notifications will begin originating from the following IP addresses:

18.133.60.69

18.134.43.141

18.135.192.143

35.176.70.207

The current IP 3.8.81.83 will no longer be used.

When:
Tuesday, 1 September 7pm

Will this affect me?
For almost all customers, nothing will change. Titan will continue operating normally.

This update only matters for Enterprise customers and Integration Partners who have previously chosen to whitelist Titan’s outbound IP address for webhook delivery. If you have done so, please update your allowlist before the maintenance window.

If you do not use IP whitelisting, no action is needed.
