Affected services: Event collection APIs used by some Enterprise customers and some Integration Partners. No other services or customer groups are affected.
What's happening: We are migrating our remaining production event collection APIs to route traffic via a new firewall. Functionality is unchanged. As part of this change, TLS 1.3 will be enabled alongside the existing TLS 1.2.
Preparation: Affected Enterprise customers have been notified directly and invited to test via our sandbox environment ahead of this change.
During the change: Our team will be on hand during and after the migration to monitor for any issues.
